Cancellation Policy

• 30+ Days: 50% of the reservation value will be charged.
• 30> /same day cancellation /no show : 100% of full reservation value will be charged.
• Receipt of reservation form, deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement of our terms.

Deposits

All reservations must be confirmed by 50% deposit of Invoice & reservation form (Final 50% required 1 month before arrival).

Children

• This is a multi level dwelling and may be unsuitable for unattended toodlers.

Check in from 14h00 /Check out 11h00 unless by prior arrangement.
